Geoffrey Handy set up his business in 1938. At first this was just an ironmongers in the old town of Swindon, which ventured into hardware, bottled gas and lawn mowers as it prospered. Later the company began specialising in garden machinery, moving 30 years ago to its current site at Wyevale Garden Centre, Hyde Road, Swindon. Now it is one of the country's leading suppliers of garden machinery and continuing to build its reputation for service and reliability.

Whatever type of lawnmower you are considering, from a small compact machine right through to a ride-on tractor, electrical or petrol, rotary or cylinder, we can supply it. As our stocks are the most extensive in the area with between 2,500 and 3,000 machines on-site at any one time, including all leading brands, you can be sure not only of finding the right one, but also of its availability. What's more, to compliment this considerable range, we supply other garden and lawn care equipment, such as rotovators, vacuums and scarifiers.
